We would appreciate it if you would please try to respect our minimum order. The high cost that visa charges for every transaction makes it very unprofitable to handle small orders.

Your 100% satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not satisfied with any of our products please call, e-mail or fax us immediately and we will do everything we can to make you happy! If you are unhappy with a product or simply decide you do not want it, we will be happy to refund the price of the item. We do not reimburse for shipping. If an item is defective, we will be happy to exchange the item or refund your card. Shipping charges may be considered for reimbursment in this instance only

Shipping

We will ship using the least expensive carrier unless you request a specific carrier. We cannot ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO. You must have a physical address. In the case of bark or some of the other growing mediums, the shipping can be quite high, so if you live anywere nearby, it might be best to come and see us personally. I realize that may not be possible in many cases. If you can combine orders with fellow members of your orchid society and make a large enough order it would be possible to ship through a trucking firm, which is cheaper than U.P.S. or U.S.P.S. If you receive damaged goods, notify us within 24 hours, and we will assist you anyway possible in placing a claim with the shipper. Again, call us or e-mail us if there is any problem. Your satisfaction is our main priority.

We accept PayPal. This is a secure site,so you can send us your credit card number. If you don't feel comfortable doing this, e-mail or fax your order and then call us with your card number. We do not accept checks.
